01Purpose & context

A public front door. An operational backbone.

Toza Hayot combines a commercial services website with an internal CRM. Services, packages and results support the public request flow; the CRM supports incoming requests and operational work.

Toza Hayot is a business system delivered by A-Team. The company’s responsibilities are documented below.

The public website and the internal workflow are treated as one connected delivery. This case study shows the real public experience and maps its relationship to the CRM. The project is counted once in the systems portfolio, not again in the commercial website total.
